Henry C. Beinstein

Hank began his professional career as an accountant at Lybrand Ross Bros. & Montgomery 1964. In 1969 he joined Fanning Enterprises,a publicly-owned professional services company, as their chief financial officer. In 1977 Hank was recruited back to Coopers & Lybrand as a partner and chief financial and administrative officer where served until 1985 when he was selected as the first executive director of the law firm, Proskauer Rose where he served until 1985. Hank also served as the executive director of Milbank Tweed Hadley McCloy and Schulte Roth & Zabel. In 2002 he joined Gagnon Securities and is a partner in the firm.

Hank has a B.A. and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey.
